Jerry Cassata is the President and CEO of Phoenix Staffing & Management Systems. He founded the company over 15 years ago. After 25 years in the chemical manufacturing industry, he learned the shortcomings of staffing providers the hard way. He started Phoenix Staffing with a unique business model that glove-fits services and prospective employees to our customer’s specifications. We have strong repeat business from businesses in greater Chicagoland in the areas of healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and professional services.
