One of our other recruiters, Romelia, has been with Phoenix Staffing since March of 2003. At first, she was here to cover for a recruiter who was on maternity leave. But when that recruiter returned, we’d come to appreciate Romelia so much that we just had to keep her!
Romelia is enthusiastic about helping job seekers find employment. When asked what the biggest mistake potential employees can make during the search process, she simply says, “There are no mistakes, only lessons to be learned.” And as she seeks to set up our business customers with the perfect candidate, she sees her work as an important part of reducing turnover, which benefits everyone.
Romelia enjoys reading, rollerblading and spending time with her lovely daughter. (At Phoenix Staffing, she also enjoys the fact that she has made some very good friends in her time here!) Romelia looks forward to obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in the fall of 2011.
